Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• CRM Certification is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, existing customers, and property owners.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding projects, booking procedures, payments, documentation, and possession.
• Receive, record, track, and resolve customer complaints with involved departments.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payment status and receipts.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, Engineering, and Maintenance teams for service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM, and prepare periodic reports.
• Provide continued assistance after booking, including project progress updates and handover.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, existing customers, and property owners.

• Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM software, track pending issues, and prepare periodic customer service reports.
• Provide continued assistance to customers after booking, including updates on project progress, handover, and maintenance-related concerns.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
