Sahayak Associates in Chandigarh, India is looking for a client-focused Insurance Customer Service Specialist to deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service while guiding clients to cost-effective coverage options.

You will prospect for new business through multiple channels, respond to coverage inquiries, educate customers using a needs-based review, and document client interactions to ensure all contractual obligations and service levels are met.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service with cost-effective insurance options.
• Prospect for new business through various channels and follow up warm leads.
• Use a needs-based review to educate customers about insurance coverage/options.
• Hold internal and client-facing status meetings and updates on performance and improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and client documentation.
• Plan and facilitate client-planning sessions to ensure contractual obligations are met and portfolio performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication throughout the client life cycle.
