Job summary

HTIC Global in India is seeking a sales professional to promote and sell insurance products by actively reaching out to potential customers. You will assess their needs and offer suitable policies to meet those requirements.

The role requires building rapport through networking, cold calling, and referrals; guiding individuals, families, and businesses to choose the right policy; and maintaining accurate client records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is required.
• Experience in sales and CRM management preferred.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Insurance products by actively reaching out to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance products to meet those requirements.
• Contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.
• Guide individuals and businesses to select policies that best fit their needs.
• Issue quotes, maintain client records, prepare reports and answer questions about plans.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer information and policy details.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients about renewals or add-ons.

• Guide businesses, individuals, and families select an insurance policy that best fits their needs.
• Issue quotes, maintain client records, prepare reports, and answer client questions about insurance plans and policies.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of customer information and policy details.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss renewals or add-ons and suggest modifications and updates to existing clients’ insurance policies
