Conceptia Konnect in Bangalore is seeking a Customer Outreach Associate to support the Marketing Team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and creating awareness about the company's products and services.

You will reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels, qualify leads, maintain follow-ups, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; freshers or up to 1 year experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
