Job summary

Spinny in Delhi NCR & Bangalore is hiring a Weekend Customer Experience Manager (Sat & Sun) to welcome visitors, run the hub queue, and coordinate test drives, ensuring a smooth and memorable showroom experience.

You will assist customers in shortlisting cars, arrange Home Test Drives when needed, collaborate with Hub Managers and Delivery/Driver Coordinators, and drive CSAT scores through proactive problem solving while keeping your weekdays free.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required (Sat & Sun).
• Experience in hospitality, airlines, retail or car showroom preferred.
• Strong people skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors warmly and manage queue with token system.
• Assist customers in shortlisting cars and coordinate test drives.
• Work with Hub Managers, Relationship Managers and Delivery/Driver Coordinators to start test drives quickly.
• Arrange Home Test Drives when no RM is free and resolve issues on the spot during peak hours.
• Maintain high CSAT by ensuring customers have a clear next step before leaving.

Most people wait for Friday. Our customers wait for Saturday, because that's when they visit a Spinny hub to choose their next car. We need 2530 people to make that visit memorable.

YOUR WEEKEND AT SPINNY

• Morning: Open the hub floor. Housekeeping on track, token system live, refreshments ready.
• Midday: The rush begins. Booked visitors and walk-ins arrive together. You track who's who and keep the queue fair.
• Afternoon: A family has been waiting. You've already understood what they need, shortlisted cars with them and handed them to the next free Relationship Manager for a test drive. No RM free? You offer a Home Test Drive instead.
• Closing: Every happy visitor leaves a CSAT rating, and nobody leaves without a clear next step.
• Monday to Friday: Entirely yours.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Welcoming every visitor, including families and walk-ins, in a warm, judgement-free way
• Running the queue and token system so wait times stay short and visible
• Using waiting time to help customers shortlist suitable cars
• Working with Hub Managers, Relationship Managers and Delivery/Driver Coordinators so test drives start quickly
• Solving problems on the spot during peak hours, including arranging Home Test Drives
• Keeping customer satisfaction high, with zero dissatisfied exits and CSAT collected before visitors leave
