Job summary

Spinny is seeking a Learning & Development (Trainer) Intern in India. This entry-level role focuses on designing training modules, creating content, and coordinating onboarding activities with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and revamping training modules including induction, product knowledge, process, and soft skills.
• Support content creation for training decks, manuals, job aids, and e-learning material.
• Coordinate training sessions: scheduling, logistics, venue/tool setup, attendance tracking.
• Collect and analyze training feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify gaps.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs end-to-end.
• Maintain LMS content, training calendars, and completion trackers.
• Track KRAs/KPIs tied to training outcomes and business impact.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for training needs analysis.
