Job summary

Lavikk Business Solutions in Noida (Sec-63) is hiring for a Voice Process role in banking. You will handle customer queries during incoming calls, with a 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM, six days a week and rotational weekly offs.

Salary is Up to 25,000 CTC per month, plus attractive incentives and insurance benefits (ESIC/ Mediclaim). Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome; strong English and Hindi communication is mandatory. Interview location: Noida Sec-63.
