Shiningstars ITPL is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role involves handling customer interactions across international and domestic processes while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international and domestic processes
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and elevate complex issues when required
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Undergraduate
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and any regional language
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Experience

• Fresher or minimum 06 month experience in BPO/customer service are eligible

Work Details

• 6-day working week for Domestic & 5 days for International.
• Rotational shifts (including night shifts for international processes)

Salary Details (CTC)

• Begumpet: Up to 30,000/month
• Hitech City: Up to 15,300/month
• Pocharam: Up to 20,000/month
• Manikonda: Up to 48,000/month
