Job summary

Elevate Hiring in Bengaluru is seeking a customer support associate to handle calls and emails from consumers, guiding them through simple setup or troubleshooting steps and coordinating between clients and customers.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of experience, strong communication and coordination skills, and basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English plus at least one local language is preferred.
