Job summary

Samvith Technologies is seeking a Customer care Associate in Pune with 3–5 years of experience. The role requires BSc or BCom with excellent communication skills, and French language is a plus.

You will handle customer interactions, verify requirements in ERP, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery. The position involves working with ERP, CRM systems, and MS Office tools, demanding strong analytical and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with very good communication skills.
• French speaking will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs via email and phone.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Update and verify customer requirements in ERP.
• Coordinate with internal teams for ERP workflow and MRP knowledge.
• Escalate information to relevant departments as needed.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word for daily tasks.

7. Should possess very good Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
8. Should have very good verbal and written communication skills and should be a people person as he or she will enter in contact with many people, ranging from managers to other colleagues.

Tools
