Job summary

Nathaniel School of Music in Bengaluru invites passionate individuals to join as an in-office intern in Admissions & Student Success. You will help learners choose the right course, guide onboarding, and maintain ongoing engagement with students across the lifecycle.

The role focuses on outbound calls, follow-ups, and capturing feedback, while you gain hands-on experience in a multi-role studio environment six days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication with Kannada or Hindi helpful.
• Comfortable on the phone and in person at the Langford Town studio.
• Interest in music and ability to guide learners to the right course.

Responsibilities

• Call and message people who enquired about lessons and recommend courses.
• Follow up on day 3, 7, 14 and 30 until a decision is made.
• Onboard new students with classroom access and group setup.
• Check in with current students to prevent drift away.
• Collect reviews, testimonials and referrals from learners.
• Log every conversation in the leads app.

About the internship:

Admissions & Student Success

Be the first person a music learner speaks to, from Bengaluru to Toronto. You help people of every age choose the right course, get started, and stay with it.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call and message people who have enquired about lessons, understand what they want, and recommend the right course
2. Follow up on day 3, 7, 14 and 30 until they decide
3. Onboard new students: classroom access, setup and class groups
4. Check in with current students so nobody drifts away
5. Collect reviews, testimonials and referrals
6. Keep every conversation logged in our leads app

Who can apply:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th Sep'26 and 2nd Nov'26
3. are available for duration of 3 months

Stipend:

INR₹ 12,000 - 16,000 /month

• How we work: Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5, at our studio. Most roles are multi-role, so you'll work across two or three areas and learn a lot. If you can only give fewer days, the days, the work, and the stipend are scaled proportionally. Every day ends with a short written update in your own words.
