Job summary

GradRight is offering a full-time in-office internship in Hyderabad for sales-oriented students. You will engage with learners via phone, email and video calls to help them choose colleges and explore loan options, while using the CRM to nurture leads and sign them up for the platform.

The role emphasizes timely follow-ups, achieving daily targets, and building trust with students to generate referrals. Stipend INR 15,000 - 20,000 /month; duration five months; five days a week with certificate

• Keep track of engagement, maintain quick response times and follow up on tasks.
• Pursue daily targets with diligence and achieve high performance.
• Build relationships with students based on trust and generate referrals.

About the internship

• 1. To engage students over telephonic conversations, emails, messages and video calls, as required to assist them in using GradRight platform for making the right college choices and getting the loans for their college
• 2. To utilize the firm's CRM platform to nurture student-leads with a goal to get them to sign up for the platform, that is free for them, and make the best use of it
• 3. To keep track of engagement of students, maintain a high standard of turn-around-time and keep a strong follow-up on tasks
• 4. To pursue your daily targets and tasks in a diligent manner and achieve a high order of performance
• 5. To build good relationships with students based on trust, empathy and transparency and generate referrals and strong word-of-mouth in their community
