Abacus Consultants in Pune, Maharashtra invites applications for a banking relationship role focused on strengthening client partnerships and driving cross-sell opportunities.

You will engage customers through regular visits, resolve queries, promote relevant banking products, and guide migration to digital platforms while maintaining portfolio health and alignment with central initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer engagement and relationship building within current accounts.
• Ability to cross-sell banking products to meet client needs.
• Proactive handling of customer queries and service requirements.
• Understanding of product offerings such as Trade Finance, Forex, Cash Management, loans and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure value build up & cross-sell in assigned base current account relationships.
• Customer Engagement • Customer engagement / personal visits at pre-defined frequency
• Customer Service • Specialized resource to pro-actively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc to ensure primary banking behaviour
• Enhance Relationship Value Enhancement • Help customer with appropriate products to fulfil family and business banking needs, including those of Group Firms, and thereby maximise relationship value
• Product Penetration • Understand customers business profile / requirements and fulfil needs via products/services such as Trade Finance / Forex, Cash Management Services, POS Machines / Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, Loans, Life / General Insurance etc.
• Migration to Digital Platform • Migration of transactions to Digital Banking Channels i.e. Net Banking/ E-Net, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, Insta-Alerts, Email Statements etc as per customer profile / needs / preference
• Central Initiatives • Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Account activation & balance maintenance
• Central Initiatives • Ensure action on central triggers / customer service initiatives
