Job summary

• Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) business and HNI customers while deepening existing relationships to increase CASA balances and overall liability portfolios.
• Drive sales through market references, cold calling, walk-ins, field visits.
• Promote retail assets, third-party products (TPP) like mutual fund SIPs, life insurance, and health insurance to maximize wallet share.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions, resolve client queries, and manage customer segment migrations in line with bank policies.
• Ensure adherence to KYC and AML guidelines, monitor potential problem accounts, and follow code-of-conduct policies
• Consistently record all sales pipelines, client visits, and engagement metrics into the bank's CRM system.
