Job summary

IndusInd Bank Limited is seeking an adept relationship professional to acquire NTB salary and high value salary clients, and to open CASA accounts. You will ensure salary credits in all sourced accounts and engage customers to cross-sell banking products.

You will provide intensive client coverage to meet scorecard targets, uphold strict process compliance, and coordinate with the RM for customer requests and complaints, ensuring high FTR on sourced accounts.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank clients, focusing on NTB Salary & High Value Salary Accounts.
• Open Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
• Ensure salary credits in all sourced accounts.
• Engage with customers to increase cross-sell and generate leads for other banking products.
• Provide intensive client coverage to meet defined scorecard targets.
• Ensure process and compliance adherence at all times.
• Handle individual client requirements, requests, and complaints in coordination with the Relationship Manager (RM).
• Report issues/concerns to RM / RH / CO for corrective action.
• Ensure high First Time Right (FTR) on sourced accounts as per bank benchmarks.
