SkillLabs is seeking a field sales and relationship executive to acquire CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) customers, source leads through field visits, references, and branch channels, and achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets.

You will be the single point of contact for customers’ banking needs, build long‑term relationships with retail, HNI, and business clients, and drive cross‑selling of FD/RD, insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, loans, and digital banking products.

Qualificações

• Source customers through field visits, references, and branch leads.
• Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail, HNI, and business clients.
• Act as a single point of contact for customer banking needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Cross-sell banking products such as FD/RD, insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, loans, and digital banking products.
• Increase fee income and product penetration per customer.
• Monitor account balances, transaction volumes, and AMB.
• Reduce account dormancy and improve account activation.
• Support customers with account-related queries and services.
