Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank Limited is seeking a Current Account Executive-Wholesale Branch Operations to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience and uphold service standards. You will visit client premises, assist in filling account opening forms and required documents, and coordinate with business stakeholders to meet timelines.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate documentation, and timely responses. 1–2 years in banking operations related to account opening is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Commerce, Science, Arts, BBI or BMS.
• Post-graduate qualification such as MBA/M.Com/MA is desirable.
• Prior banking experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless customer onboarding with best-in-class service.
• Visit client premises and assist with account opening forms and document requirements.
• Provide timely support to business stakeholders and manage client expectations.

Job Purpose: 'The role entails direct customer interaction and is responsible for seamless customer onboarding experience. The role holder will be responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 'Ensure seamless customer onboarding experience, by ensuring best in-class customer service standards and processes.
• Responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements.
• To provide timely support to Business stake holders and manage client expectations.
• Ensure that TAT is always maintained.
• Timely response to the Client queries.
• Maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to help achieve Business goals.
• Ensure high quality customer service and NIL customer complaints.
• Ensure NIL audit comments in audit review.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in handling Account Opening & related operations from Banking industry.
