Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc in Home Science and an MS/M.Sc in Home Science and will be willing to travel for on-ground activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct activities/ contests/ key account / good food, good life activities or any other activities that may be included/added in the scope of work of consultant from time to time on the basis of the business requirement of Nestl India Limited. These activities should be organized as per the selection of appropriate Nestl recipes. The quality of presentation should be hygienic and clean as per Nestl guidelines and standards as prescribed from time to time. The targets for such activities will be communicated to you on an ongoing basis.
• Carry out panel tasting of recipe/products as per requirement of Nestl India Limited.
• Develop ‘end dish’ recipes for our products and recommend new usages adapted to or suitable for local/regional tastes.
• Conduct product sampling and demonstrate usages of our products.
• Organize and assist the Sales Force in organizing presentations to technical personnel/training agency as and when required.
• Keep in touch with local opinion leaders – educational institutes / hotel industry (e.g., chefs).

Sampling and Activation

• Physical inspection of activities on ground as per brand activation and sampling brief.
• Compliance of Nestle quality standards.
• Achieving sales productivity targets as defined in sampling brief.
• Agency management – ensuring all legal and regulatory documentary compliance, promoter briefing, record maintenance (stocks, collaterals and activity).
• Reporting – as per defined intervals and in prescribed formats by branch sampling manager.
• Required to go on tour/out of office in connection with rendering the requisite services or training for your development under this arrangement.
