Nestlé is seeking a Nutrition Officer/Executive for a field-based role in Calicut to engage Health Care Professionals with accurate, evidence-based information on infant nutrition in line with Nestlé's Ethics and Indian Code.

The role emphasizes compliant detailing of the infant nutrition portfolio, collaboration with teams, and developing an effective territory plan focused on responsible demand generation while upholding mothers' milk as best for babies.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a field sales role in either a Nutrition company or the pharmaceutical industry.
• High level of integrity and honesty; hardworking, self-motivated, and passionate about enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
• High learning agility; trustworthy and able to work independently within company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ethically promote Nestl's Infant Nutrition products to HCPs by clearly communicating product features, advantages, benefits and appropriate use, in line with company Code of Ethics and the Indian Code; reinforce that mothers milk is best for babies.
• Ensure recommendations for the Nestl Nutrition product range remain within the scope of the Indian Code; detail against homemade papS and bovine milk as appropriate.
• Serve as a reliable source of information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for HCPs.
• Plan and execute high-quality scientific detailing, CMEs/symposiums and other scientific activities as per company guidelines.
• Map and segment HCPs in the assigned territory; develop and execute an effective coverage plan and call cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions, feedback, and scientific events; provide timely reports as per guidance.
• Identify opportunities and potential within the territory and contribute inputs to drive demand generation activities within compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure availability of compliant scientific materials and support tools for field execution.
