Nestlé in Calicut is seeking a Nutrition Officer/Executive for field sales in infant nutrition. The role focuses on ethical engagement with HCPs, sharing evidence-based information, and ensuring compliant use of Nestlé’s products within Indian guidelines.

The position emphasizes maintaining rigorous records, executing scientific detailing, and developing territory coverage with timely reporting and collaboration across teams to support compliant demand generation.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a field sales role in either a Nutrition company or the pharmaceutical industry.
• High level of integrity and honesty; hardworking, self-motivated, and passionate about enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
• High learning agility; trustworthy and able to work independently within company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ethically promote Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition products to HCPs by clearly communicating product features, advantages, benefits and appropriate use, in line with company Code of Ethics and the Indian Code; reinforce that mother’s milk is best for babies.
• Ensure recommendations for the Nestlé Nutrition product range remain within the scope of the Indian Code; detail against homemade paps and bovine milk as appropriate.
• Serve as a reliable source of information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for HCPs.
• Plan and execute high‑quality scientific detailing, CMEs/symposiums and other scientific activities as per company guidelines.
• Map and segment HCPs in the assigned territory; develop and execute an effective coverage plan and call cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions, feedback, and scientific events; provide timely reports as per guidance.
• Identify opportunities and potential within the territory and contribute inputs to drive demand generation activities within compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure availability of compliant scientific materials and support tools for field execution.
