Job summary

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. in Delhi seeks a Finance & Compliance & Auditing professional for CSR institutes. The role involves regular audits of processes, payments and financial compliances, vendor payments checks, payroll compliance and coordinating MIS reviews.

You will support statutory audits, income tax and GST filings, TDS, PF and ESIC returns, and prepare agendas/minutes for governing body meetings, liaising with authorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Regular auditing of CSR institutes with respect to processes, payments and financial compliances.
• Checking of vendor payments and accounts payables as per SOP by CSR Institutes.
• Payroll checking of CSR Institutes and ensuring compliance to related areas.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual MIS reviews of departmental activities.
• Support in closure of Statutory Audit of CSR Institutes including liaison with statutory auditors.
• Work with Statutory auditors for filing of Income tax returns and related forms.
• Checking & filing Monthly GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) for CSR Institutes.
• Checking & filing monthly TDS payments and Quarterly TDS Returns.
• Checking & filing Monthly PF Returns and ESIC Returns.
• Preparation of agenda and minutes of Governing body meetings of CSR Institutes.
• Understand notices from Income tax / GST authorities and coordinate resolution.

Job Responsibility & Competence Required for the Job

• Regular auditing of CSR institutes w.r.t processes, payments & financial compliances
