JLL in India is hiring a Civil SME - Construction lead to oversee civil and structural packages, ensuring delivery within budget, on schedule and to quality. The role requires 15–20 years of Civil/Structure experience and strong coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.

Location includes Hyderabad/Vishakhapatnam with a full-time on-site work model. The candidate will manage documentation, QA/QC, and handover processes for complex projects.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Plan all works, identify risks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Architects and Structural Consultants for deliverables.
• Collect shop drawings and validate with consultants for execution.
• Obtain method statements from contractors and approve with consultants.
• Execute and monitor all civil works and ensure quality control.
• Set up Civil Quality Manual and inspection/testing plans.
• Ensure MIRs are certified and approvals signed by consultants.
• Track materials delivery and long-lead items.
• Verify conformity with design and BOQ during construction.

Job Summary including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control.

• Stakeholder management: Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Contract administration: Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Project documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Financial management: Monitor project financial performance, track expenses, and maintain accurate project budget records.
• Team support: Provide support to the project team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan all the works and monitor the same. Identify the risk and propose mitigation. Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordination with Architect and Structural Consultants for ensure deliverables of all Civil, Structural and PHE and co-ordination drawings etc.
• Collect Shop drawings from vendor for respective packages and get it validate with Civil/ Structural consultants and issue contractors to execute the work.
• Getting work method of statement from respective Civil package from contractor and get it approved from consultants
• Execute and monitor in all the Civil related work
• Setting up the Civil Quality Manual, Inspection Testing Plan
• Ensure all the MIR's ar certified before using at site, also ensure consultant's representee too signed
• Setting up Documentation Process with respect to all services equipment
• Track Civil materials delivery and maintain long lead items delivery tracker
• Monitoring whether construction measures relating to the building are in conformity with the Design (GFC drawings) and the bills of quantities
• Participating Testing, commissioning of services activities and maintain testing certificates, checklist etc.
• Verification, evaluation and implementation of accompanying changes to the works and recommend to client for approval.
• Obtain relevant, necessary O & M documents, guaranty and warranties
