Job summary

JLL in Hyderabad is hiring a Civil SME – Construction Lead with 15–20 years of experience to oversee basebuild, design management, and quality control on major projects.

You will coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and contractors, manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and risk, while ensuring compliance with GFC drawings and MIRs, and supporting smooth project handover.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil/Structure (preferred).
• Strong experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Experience in risk assessment and contract administration for civil projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Plan all works and monitor progress; identify risks and mitigation.
• Coordinate with Architect and Structural Consultants for deliverables and drawings.
• Collect shop drawings from vendors and validate with civil/structural consultants.
• Obtain method statements from contractors and secure consultant approvals.
• Execute and monitor all civil-related work and ensure quality standards.
• Set up Civil Quality Manual, Inspection and Testing Plan.
• Ensure MIRs are certified and signed by consultants.
• Track civil materials delivery and long-lead items.
• Verify conformity with design (GFC drawings) and BOQ.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and documentation for services.
