Assistant Project Lead Project and Development Services – (Location)

What this job involves:

Maintaining smooth site operations Maintaining a seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day. In this role, you’ll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems in coordination with design consultants, managing construction of MEPF works and related records for reporting purposes. Aside from these, you’ll also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice. Likewise, you’ll prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management, Project Safety and Quality Plan. Are you comfortable facing people on a daily basis? Part of your job is to assemble and lead a team of experts and bring out the best in each member. You’ll constantly coordinate with key stakeholders and manage subcontractors and suppliers. You’ll carry out negotiations with contractors and suppliers as well.

• B. E /B.Tech Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with minimum five years’ experience
• /Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical with minimum 8 years’ experience industrial Utility ,Process piping and structural fabrication works
• Leadership skills above par
