Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, invites applications for a Civil SME – Construction Lead with 15–20 years of experience. The role spans budget management, schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and contract administration, reporting to the PDS team.

Location is Gandhinagar, with an emphasis on civil/structural oversight and project delivery. The candidate should hold BE/B.Tech in Civil/Structure, demonstrate stakeholder management, and ensure quality control across civil

Responsabilidades

• Plan all the works and monitor the same. Identify the risk and propose mitigation.
• Coordinate with Architect and Structural Consultants for ensure deliverables of all Civil, Structural and PHE and co-ordination drawings etc.
• Collect Shop drawings from vendor for respective packages and get it validated with Civil/ Structural consultants and issue contractors to execute the work.
• Obtain work method statements from respective Civil package from contractor and get it approved from consultant
• Execute and monitor in all the Civil related work
• Set up the Civil Quality Manual, Inspection Testing Plan
• Ensure all MIRs are certified before using at site and ensure consultant’s representative also signed
• Set up Documentation Process with respect to all services equipment
• Track Civil materials delivery and maintain long lead items delivery tracker
• Monitor construction measures relating to the building are in conformity with the Design (GFC drawings) and the bills of quantities
• Participate in Testing, commissioning of services activities and maintain testing certificates, checklist
• Verify, evaluate and implement accompanying changes to the works and recommend to client for approval
• Obtain relevant O&M documents, guaranty and warranties
