Role Overview

Casagrand is looking for a CRM Trainer to drive training initiatives for CRM teams handling customer service, grievance management, collections, payment follow-ups, and customer relationship processes. The candidate should have strong experience in customer-facing operations and process training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for CRM, customer service, grievance handling, and collections teams.
• Conduct onboarding and process training for new hires.
• Develop training content, SOPs, and process manuals.
• Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coach teams on customer handling, communication, and service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to CRM processes and quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Collections, or Process Training.
• Experience training customer-facing teams.
• Strong knowledge of grievance handling, collections, payment follow-ups, and customer lifecycle management. (preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in Real Estate, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, or related industries preferred.
