Job summary

Arihant Publications (india) Limited seeks a hands-on CRM & database administrator to manage large volumes of customer and lead data across website, campaigns, sales, calls, and e-commerce channels. You will oversee data cleaning, deduplication, segmentation, and quality control while ensuring accurate tracking in Zoho CRM.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Telecalling and Relationship teams, prepare MIS and CRM reports, and continuously upgrade the customer database to support lead

Qualifications

• 58 years of hands-on experience in CRM & Database Management.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in data cleaning, database management, lead management and CRM operations.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Publishing, Education, EdTech, E-commerce or D2C experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large volumes of customer and lead data.
• Handle data from website, campaigns, sales, calls, WhatsApp, e-commerce and other sources.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, deduplication, updating and segmentation.
• Manage Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, fields, tags, pipelines and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound/outbound leads, lead allocation and tracking.
• Monitor customer journey from lead generation to follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain customer details, interaction history and purchase-related data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Telecalling and Relationship teams.
• Prepare MIS, CRM reports and database performance reports.
• Improve and upgrade the customer database regularly.
