Codezyng Private Limited is seeking a CRM & Integrations professional to configure and maintain Close CRM for our sales and marketing teams in Karnataka. The role involves managing contacts, opportunities, workflows, and data while building API-based integrations using Python.

You will collaborate with product and development teams, test APIs, and maintain CRM documentation. The ideal candidate has 2 years of CRM experience, understands REST and JSON, and can script basic automation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years CRM administration/integration experience.
• Basic to intermediate Python scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API testing.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, manage, and maintain Close CRM to support sales and marketing operations.
• Create and manage contacts, opportunities, custom fields, pipelines, and related CRM records.
• Configure and maintain email/templates, SMS templates, and workflow automations.
• Set up and support integrations between Close CRM and platforms such as Salesmsg, Typeform, Jotform, and internal applications.
• Test API integrations, validate data flows, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Write, modify, and maintain basic Python scripts for automation and integration tasks.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks to support data exchange between systems.
• Investigate CRM-related issues and coordinate with product and development teams to resolve them.
• Perform data imports, cleanup, deduplication, and validation to maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.

We are looking for a CRM & Integrations professional with 2 years of relevant experience to configure, manage, and maintain Close CRM for our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM administration, workflow configuration, data management, and basic software integrations. The role involves working closely with product and development teams to support API-based integrations and automation using Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and maintain Close CRM to support sales and marketing operations.
• Create and manage contacts, opportunities, custom fields, pipelines, and related CRM records.

Requirements

• Willingness to work in the following shifts: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in CRM administration, CRM support, integrations, or a related technical role.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming and scripting.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing.
• Experience configuring workflows, managing CRM data, and troubleshooting CRM issues.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to document technical processes clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, and development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on exposure to Close CRM or other CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, or connecting third-party applications.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesmsg, Typeform, or Jotform.
