Job summary

Partner One Software Inc is seeking a CRM Software Engineer to design, configure, and integrate Zoho CRM within a shared enterprise framework across multiple subsidiaries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IS or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in CRM development or related field.
• Experience configuring, customizing, and developing within enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, NetSuite CRM, or QuickBooks.
• Strong REST API integrations and third-party system integrations.
• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with CRM customization, workflow design, business process automation, and data migration.
• Experience implementing, enhancing, or migrating CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, data mapping, and system troubleshooting.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Software Engineer to support the development, customization, automation, and integration of enterprise CRM platforms, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM and the Zoho One ecosystem.

This role is responsible for translating approved business requirements and CRM architecture designs into working solutions through configuration, scripting, coding, automation, integrations, and system enhancements. The CRM Software Engineer will work closely with the Corporate CRM Architect, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to build and maintain scalable CRM solutions that support multiple companies operating within a shared CRM framework.

The ideal candidate has experience working across multiple CRM platforms including Salesforce, Sage, Quickbooks, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, with strong software development and systems integration expertise.

CRM Development & Configuration

• Strong experience developing and supporting REST API integrations and third-party system integrations.


• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and workflow automation.


• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and XML.


• Experience with CRM customization, workflow design, business process automation, and data migration.


• Experience implementing, enhancing, or migrating CRM solutions.


• Knowledge of integration architecture, data mapping, and system troubleshooting.
