Packfora is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Executive to support and optimize our business development team through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM (Essential). This role blends CRM administration, sales operations support, reporting, workflow management, and stakeholder coordination to drive data accuracy and business performance.

You will manage CRM data quality, assist with lead and opportunity management, and create dashboards and performance metrics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM.

This role combines CRM administration, sales operations support, reporting, workflow management, and stakeholder coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys driving data accuracy, process efficiency, and business performance through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM /Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and system effectiveness.
• Support lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline monitoring, and sales reporting activities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance CRM adoption and process compliance.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Monitor CRM data quality and implement best practices for data governance and maintenance.
• Assist in workflow optimization, automation, and continuous process improvements within the CRM platform.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide user support.
• Support management with sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM-driven business insights.
• Maintain CRM documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Information Technology, Management, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM.
