Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a CRM Administrator to manage MS Dynamics 365 CRM, support users across multiple offices, and drive data-driven insights. The role includes developing dashboards with Power BI, creating training materials, and ensuring data governance.

You will join a multinational team, support varied time zones, and contribute to Sales KPI optimization with a proactive, independent approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a CRM/IT environment.
• Certificate in MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Insights – Journey or Customer Service) is essential.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate is desirable.
• Good level of English, spoken and written.
• Independent and proactive in a dynamic, international workplace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for CRM between all Users and Group CRM Team.
• Provide day-to-day support and problem-solving for Users.
• Prepare dashboards and generate data insights to fuel business growth.
• Produce training materials/sessions and onboard new users.
• Manage utilisation and adoption, identify gaps to drive users to reach Sales KPIs.
• Develop data governance policy to ensure data integrity and perform regular checks to monitor cleanliness.
• Share practical knowledge and best practices among all offices to encourage self-learning by users.
• Work with Group CRM Team and the business in shaping new developments of CRM.

Job Description

The CRm Admin will manage the CRM platform (MS Dynamics) to meet business needs timely and drive users adoption continuously.

The role will have primary responsibility for CRM and assist the team in a few other in-house IT applications that are closely connected to CRM and business operations.

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, exposure in in-house environment is preferred
• Certificates on MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Insights – Journey and Customer Service) are essential
• Proficiency in Power BI, PowerApp and Power Automate is desirable
• Good level of English, spoken and written.
• Independent and proactive, able to work in a highly dynamic and international workplace
