Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Role: CRM Executive

Salary: Up to 35,000/- per month in hand

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Sunday: Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student queries and issues over calls, chats & emails
• Resolve student grievances related to academics and curriculum
• Handle escalations and cancellation requests
• Work towards student retention
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Follow up with students to ensure resolution
• Handle emails and program-related requests
• Maintain professional communication with students

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in CRM, Customer Support, Student Support, EdTech, BPO or Education preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered
• Immediate joiners preferred
