Experience

5–8 years of experience to lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules and experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience with strong Dynamics 365 CRM Functional expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Customer Service modules).
• Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in CRM implementation projects.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
• Knowledge of integrations, Dataverse, and reporting solutions.
• Added advantage if the candidate has already worked on Banner implementations in his/her current/previous engagements.
