Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to lead enterprise CRM/ERP transformation initiatives. The role involves solution design, implementation, and optimization across Dynamics 365 platforms aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations and upgrades
• Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements and solution architecture
• Design and configure solutions across:
  • Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service
  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (preferred)
• Customize and extend solutions using:
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Drive integration with third-party systems and enterprise applications
• Manage data migration, reporting, and analytics
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics consulting
• Strong expertise in:
  • Dynamics 365 (CRM / ERP modules)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with Azure services and integrations
• Strong understanding of business processes across sales, service, and finance
