Job summary

HCP Wellness, a Cosmetic & Ayurvedic Manufacturing Company, is seeking a Client Coordinator or Client Relationship Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers from its base in India. You will resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address needs, ensuring revenue protection.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to brainstorm solutions to fulfill

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of client coordination or relationship management experience.
• Background in customer service; cosmetics manufacturing industry knowledge a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs such as customer satisfaction.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Client Coordinator or Client Relationship Manager to join our growing Cosmetic & Ayurvedic Manufacturing Company to create and nurture long term relationships with customers

You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them

If you also have a background in Customer Service and Knowledge of working in same industry, we d like to meet you

Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers

Responsibilities:
