A leading manufacturing company in Ahmedabad is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to manage Client Support and Customer Relationship Management for multiple accounts. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, handling queries, and coordinating with manufacturing operations. Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Client Accounts and serve as a point of contact for Client Support.
• Build and maintain strong Client Relationships for Manufacturing Industry clients.
• Handle Client Queries, Client Follow-up, and Customer Support.
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, and Production Planning.
• Maintain MIS and Data Management for Client Accounts.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production, and Dispatch Teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing operations, production teams, stores and dispatch teams.
• Support telecalling, customer care and client servicing activities.
