Job Title: CRM Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns in marketing automation platforms.
• Create dynamic content blocks, templates, and personalization logic.
• Implement segmentation queries and audience selection criteria.
• Set up A/B tests, control groups, and campaign measurement frameworks.
• QA campaigns across devices, clients, and markets before deployment.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and optimize technical performance.
• Maintain campaign calendar and coordinate with lifecycle marketing teams.
• Document technical processes and maintain campaign build standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience building campaigns in enterprise marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS for email and in-app messaging.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data queries.
• Understanding of personalization engines and dynamic content logic.
• Expert-level detail orientation with strong QA and testing mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous campaigns.
• Experience with AMPscript, Liquid, or similar templating languages beneficial.
