Job summary

RentenPe is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own and scale our customer journeys across onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation across RentenPe, Rent Protect, Credit Cards and Loans.

You will build campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, SMS and Email, drive segmentation and cohort analysis, run tests, identify drop-offs and push for automated lifecycle journeys that convert and retain customers.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle / Retention / Growth Marketing.
• Experience in consumer internet, fintech, payments, BFSI or similar businesses.
• Strong analytical and execution skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM channels and campaign tools.
• Experience with CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage / Netcore / similar tools.
• SQL/data analytics experience is a plus.
