Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to handle incoming calls from UPS end-users across regional offices, air gateways, sorting hubs, and delivery centers. You will resolve ID resets, email issues, and basic hardware problems while ensuring timely, courteous support.

The role requires typing at least 30 WPM, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced 24x7 environment, and prior call center experience. Permanent, full-time position based in Pune, India.

Job Summary

This position receive calls from UPS end-users from Region Offices, Air Gateways, Sorting Hubs and Package Delivery Centers throughout the UPS Network primarily in the United States. He/She resolves issues with ID re-sets, basic troubleshooting and email, handles Internet Explorer issues, and troubleshoots and dispatches basic hardware issues for Telcom problems (telephone/pagers/radios).

Responsibilities:

• Processes calls from UPS end-users.

• Troubleshoots ID re-sets, email, Internet Explorer and basic hardware issues.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 operation
