Job summary

Ratnaafin Capital in Ahmedabad is seeking an aspiring lending professional to coordinate alliance-partner documents and manage credit files for timely processing.

The role involves preparing pre-disbursement dockets, submitting digital and physical files, and ensuring required post-disbursement documentation is completed before deadlines. Fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to 1 year in lending are welcome.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent qualification with interest in lending.
• Knowledge of lead-to-disbursement lifecycle for secured and unsecured loans.
• Experience or fresher status with strong document handling and process skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with alliance partner to gather documents per checklist to maintain standard TAT.
• Organize files for credit processing and submit digital and physical copies for processing.
• Prepare pre-disbursement docket and route to operations, resolving pendencies.
• Manage post-disbursement documentation from customers before the deviation deadlines in case of any deferral.
• Identify bottlenecks with partner/borrower and suggest and implement streamlining changes.

• Manage post-disbursement documentation from the customer before the deviation deadlines in case of any deferral.
• Identify bottlenecksin the processes with the partner/borrower and suggest changes and implement them for streamlining the processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA fresher or a professional with at least 1 years of experience in the lending industry, possessing strong knowledge of the lead-to-disbursement lifecycle for both secured and unsecured loans.
