Job summary

Incred in Pune is seeking a fresher to join our Credit Operations team as an Analyst. You will log loan applications, verify documents, and support basic credit checks and data analysis to aid lending decisions.

The role emphasizes KYC/AML compliance, credit bureau reporting, and preparing CAMs and sanction notes. Fresh graduates with 0–1 year experience in banking or CA firms are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related MBA.
• Freshers welcome; 0–1 year experience; internships in banking or CA firms are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Log incoming loan applications into LOS/CRM.
• Perform preliminary scrutiny of customer files for mandatory KYC documents, bank statements, and tax filings.
• Generate and archive credit bureau reports using CIBIL, Commercial CIBIL, Experian, or High Mark.
• Initiate KYC, AML checks and MCA/ROC verifications.
• Perform basic banking analysis by reviewing bank statements for averages and anomalies.
• Assist in drafting CAMs and sanction notes highlighting borrower profile, loan amount, equipment type, and repayment capacity.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Login & Application Processing

• Log incoming commercial loan, lease, and equipment finance applications into the Loan Origination System (LOS) / CRM.
• Perform preliminary scrutiny of customer application files to ensure all mandatory KYC documents, bank statements, and tax filings are present.

2. Basic Credit Checks & Verification

• Generate and archive business and personal credit bureau reports using CIBIL, Commercial CIBIL, Experian, or High Mark.
• Initiate background and verification processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and MCA/ROC registry verifications.

3. Financial Spreading & Data Analysis

• Perform basic banking analysis (reviewing 612 months of bank account statements for average monthly balances, outward bounces, and circular transactions).

4. Documentation & Compliance Support

• Assist in drafting basic Credit Approval Memos (CAM) and sanction notes highlighting borrower profile, loan amount, equipment type, and repayment capacity.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance (BFM/BAF), Economics, Business Administration (BBA), or an MBA in Finance (Fresher).
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome; past internships in banking, accounting, or CA firms are a strong advantage).
