Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking a senior professional to appraise, recommend, and approve credit proposals within delegated authorities at CSB Bhavan, Thrissur. The role includes reviewing delinquent cases for risk management and documenting learnings for portfolio reviews.

You will suggest policy/process improvements based on local nuances and competitors' feedback. Responsibilities also include implementing system integration plans, monitoring NPAs, conducting customer visits for PD, and identifying gaps

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of experience in relevant domain.
• Experience in credit proposals, risk management, and policy/process improvements.
