Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking a Credit Appraiser for Agricultural Loans to ensure timely appraisal, approval, and portfolio monitoring. Role focuses on evaluating proposals as per DOA, identifying risks, and aligning with policy and process requirements.

The incumbent will monitor NPAs, conduct portfolio reviews, and implement policy improvements based on local nuances. Requires 3–5 years experience, graduation, MBA or CA credentials; prior experience in credit risk preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in credit appraisal and risk management.
• Graduation in any discipline; MBA or CA preferred.

• Appraise/Recommend/Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.
• Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management
• Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
• Implement system integration plans
• Monitor NPA and keep a track of it
• Customer visits for PD
• Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it
• Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps

Incumbent will be responsible for loan Portfolio for their Branch and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans.
