Credit Monitoring Group in Mumbai seeks a Regulatory Reporting Team Member to manage PAN Bank exposure, CRILC filing, and related returns. You will coordinate with bank departments, analyze data trends, and highlight risks with corrective actions.

The role requires a Masters in Finance/Accounting, 5–6 years of experience, and strong Excel skills. Location is Mumbai, reporting to the Regulatory Reporting department.

Formación

• Masters degree (CA/CS/ MBA) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5–6 years of experience and strong computer/Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Credit Appraisal, Credit Monitoring, or regulatory requirements.
• Analytical skills with ability to perform trend analysis and understand banking data flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare PAN Bank Exposure Report and coordinate data with bank departments.
• Analyze trends and reconcile PAN Bank exposure with source data.
• Compile and file the monthly CRILC return.
• Highlight risks and take corrective actions in the process or reporting.
• Prepare Gift City Exposure Report monthly.
• Monitor RO D/Borrower (RDB) and SIBC returns quarterly.
• File RLE, RLC, RCE, LEF quarterly.
• Work on RAQ data points quarterly.
• Contribute data for RBI RBI RBI RBS document quarterly.
• Analyze KRIs and exposure trends for audits and regulators.
• Provide data to auditors, compliance, legal and regulators; respond to audit queries.
• CAP monitoring including NBFC, PTC, unsecured exposure.

Department - Regulatory Reporting

Location - Mumbai, BKC

1) PAN Bank Exposure report and CRILC return :-

• Preparing the PAN Bank Exposure Report.
• Co-oridnating with various department of the bank to get the data / information for PAN Bank exposure data and other returns.
• Analysis of trend and reconciliation of Pan Bank exposure report with source data.
• Compiling, checking and supporting in filing the monthly CRILC return
• Highlighting major risks if any arising from the existing process or reporting and taking corrective action.

2) Other monthly / quarterly returns/ exposure report/ CAP monitoring

• Preparing the Gift City Exposure Report on monthly basis.
• Monitoring working on Return on Default Borrower (RDB) on weekly basis and SIBC return on monthly basis.
• Compiling, checking and filing the Return of Large Exposure (RLE), Return on Large Corporate (RLC), Return on Connected Exposure (RCE), Large Exposure Frame work (LEF) every quarter.
• Working on Return on Asset quality (RAQ) Industry data point on quarterly basis.
• Working on Credit data points of risk based supervision (RBS) document to RBI on quarterly basis
• Analyzing the trends in Key risk indicators for the Bank based on above return filing.
• Providing exposure and returns related data to auditors, compliance, legal, inter department, regulator, etc and resolving audit queries.
• CAP monitoring activities including NBFC, PTC, unsecured exposure and other.

3) Qualification:

• Masters degree (CA /CS/ MBA) in Finance,Accounting,Business Administration,or related field.
• At least 5 – 6 years of experience and well-versed with computers/ excel.
• Knowledge of Credit Appraisal or Credit Monitoring or regulatory requirements.
• Analytical skills, proficiency in trend analysis and understanding of data flow in banking system.
• Written and verbal communication skill with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
