Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Manager for SME with strong credit analysis skills and excellent communication. The role involves preparing credit appraisal notes, handling large ticket sizes, and presenting proposals to sanctioning authorities.

You will interact with approving authorities, renew portfolios, and ensure risk assessments align with business needs while upholding policy standards. Leadership of a small team is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit appraisal notes for SME.
• Handle ticket sizes up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity; prepare appraisal notes and perform credit checks.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain approvals as per authority with queries addressed.
• Interact with approving authorities and provide independent views on credit/economic developments.
• Renew accounts timely and enhance portfolio.
• Align decisions with business requirements without compromising on policy.
• Team handling of 3–4 people.
• Discuss terms with business for risk assessments.
• Obtain information from customers for CRANs.
• Monitor accounts as per sanctioning terms.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly monitoring reports.
• Escalate non-compliances with action plans.
• Visit units and submit inspection reports.
• Address escalations related to risk assessments.

Position Grade -Depends

Job Role:

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes forSME.
• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
