Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Manager- Large Corporates in Delhi to lead credit assessments for major clients. You will prepare appraisal notes, analyze solvency and liquidity, and present proposals to sanctioning forums for timely approvals.

The role demands CA or MBA, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in working capital products. You will manage a 3–4 person team and ensure risk-aligned decisions with policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporates.
• Handle ticket sizes up to ₹500–₹1000 crores.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis of solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain approvals.
• Interact with authorities to provide information for decision making.
• Manage renewal and enhancement of portfolio accounts.
• Ensure decisions align with business needs while upholding policies.
• Lead a team of 3–4 members.
• Discuss terms for risk assessments with business teams.
• Coordinate with customers to obtain information for CRANs.
• Monitor accounts per sanctioning authority terms.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly monitoring reports.
• Escalate non-compliances with action plans.
• Submit inspection reports after site visits.

Job Role

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporates.
• Ticket Size Handled would be upto 500 to 1000 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent viewof the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the business teams.
• Team Handling 3 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
