Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Manager for Large Corporates in Delhi.

The role involves preparing credit appraisals, analyzing solvency and liquidity, and presenting proposals to sanctioning forums. You will lead a small team, renew accounts, and ensure portfolio growth while adhering to policies. The ideal candidate holds CA or MBA, with strong communication and analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of working capital products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit appraisal notes for Large Corporates.
• Ticket Size Handled would be upto 500 to 1000 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• Present the proposal to sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority with queried responses.
• Interact with approving authority and provide information for better decision making and independent view of credit/economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio.
• Align decision making with business requirements without compromising policy.
• Team Handling 3–4 people.
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments.
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on terms by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage escalations related to risk assessments.

Job Role:

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporates.
• Ticket Size Handled would be upto 500 to 1000 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent viewof the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the business teams.
