The role involves preparing credit appraisal notes, evaluating solvency and liquidity, and presenting proposals to sanctioning forums. You will manage a portfolio, renewals, and risk assessments while leading a small team. The ideal candidate holds a Chartered Accountant or MBA, with excellent communication and strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of working

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or MBA qualification required.
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporates.
• Handle large ticket sizes up to 500–1000 Cr and conduct financial analysis.
• Prepare appraisal notes, credit checks, and solvency/liquidity assessments.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums for approval.
• Interact with approving authorities and provide independent credit views.
• Manage renewal and expansion of portfolio.
• Align decisions with business needs while adhering to policies.
• Lead a team of 3–4 people.
• Discuss terms and risk assessments with business.
• Gather information for CRANs from customers.
• Monitor accounts per sanctioning terms.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly monitoring reports.
• Escalate non-compliances with action plans.
• Visit units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address escalations related to risk assessments

Job Role

• Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Large Corporates.
• Ticket Size Handled would be upto 500 to 1000 CR.
• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent viewof the credit / economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the business teams.
• Team Handling 3 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
