Protium Finance Ltd in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking to reinforce portfolio quality for secured and unsecured products while boosting productivity and efficiency across operations. This role involves close interaction with sales, operations, collections, and policy teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning at the location.

Responsibilities include database maintenance and monthly reporting, maintaining high underwriting standards for the branch, and enforcing standardized processes

Responsabilités

• Ensure highest level of portfolio quality for secured as well unsecured products with the best productivity numbers and continuous increasing efficiency of overall operations by improving the team's competence levels
• To interact closely with other functions such as sales / Operations/ Collections / Policy/ etc in ensuring smooth day to day functioning at Location.
• Maintain the Database and making reports for Monthly cases.
• Monitor and ensure that highest underwriting standards are maintained for the respective Branch
• Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Institution. Ensuring Standardization of process all across the region and also deliver the best in-class TAT across product segments handled.
