Job summary

Protium Finance Ltd. is seeking a diligent professional at its Deoria location to ensure portfolio quality for secured and unsecured products while driving productivity and efficiency in operations.

The role requires interacting with Sales, Operations, Collections and Policy teams, maintaining databases, and generating monthly reports. You will monitor underwriting standards and ensure policy adherence with streamlined regional processes and fast turnaround times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the database and generate monthly case reports.
• Monitor and ensure highest underwriting standards at the respective Branch.
• Adhere to policies and ensure standardized processes with best-in-class TAT across products.

Ensure highest level of portfolio quality for secured as well unsecured products with the best productivity numbers and continuous increasing efficiency of overall operations by improving the team's competence levels

• To interact closely with other functions such as sales / Operations/ Collections / Policy/ etc in ensuring smooth day to day functioning at Location.
• Maintain the Database and making reports for Monthly cases.
• Monitor and ensure that highest underwriting standards are maintained for the respective Branch
• Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Institution. Ensuring Standardization of process all across the region and also deliver the best in-class TAT across product segments handled.
